Paragraph on Global Warming: Global warming is a serious phenomenon. Global warming is the rapid increasing of earth’s atmospheric temperature near the lower surface of the earth. This phenomenon was observed from the Industrial Revolution.

Paragraph on Global Warming-220 words for class 5,6,7,8

Global warming, which means the rapid increasing in the average temperature of earth’s atmosphere. This phenomenon was noticed from mid-20th century due to the burning of fossil fuels like oil, gasoline, coal etc. which increases the carbon dioxide in the earth’s atmosphere, result Global warming.

Greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, methane are increasing heat on earth’ atmosphere. The amount of greenhouse gases in the earth’s atmosphere has increased dramatically which trapped the heat and prevent them from the earth to radiate back into the space, as a result, increasing the temperature called Global warming. Deforestation, fertilizers, mining, rearing of farm animals are also responsible for Global warming.

A number of serious consequences will happen due to Global warming such as melting glaciers, rise of sea-level, climate change, infectious diseases, flood, drought, hot waves, wildfires etc.

Global warming can destroy the habitat of many flora and fauna and also lead to extinction of them. It will destroy the whole eco-system.

To reduce Global warming and make this planet a safe and better place for next generation, we should plant more trees, cut down on vehicular emission and we should also change our lifestyle.

Our planet earth is not well now. Slowly it is moving towards destruction. Our care and love can make the world healthy and beautiful again.

Paragraph on Global Warming-300 words for class 8,9,10

Global warming is the increasing of earth’s atmospheric temperature due to human activities such as burning fossil fuels. This disturbing phenomenon was noticed from 1850. The earth’s temperature is slowly increasing which could rise 2 degree to 6 degree by the end of 21st century.

Burning fossil fuels like oil, coal, gasoline etc. release carbon dioxide and fumes which increase the temperature of the earth’s atmosphere.

We get heat and light from the sun. 70% of sun’s energy absorbed by the earth’s surface but 30% is radiate back into the space. When the greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide trap the sun’s energy and prevent them to radiate back into the space, which is called greenhouse effect, the earth’s temperature increases. Generally, greenhouse effect is beneficial for earth as it prevent the earth from becoming chill.

Fertilizers increases the nitrogen oxide in the atmosphere, mining and deforestation increase carbon dioxide and farm animals added methane in the atmosphere which are major causes of Global warming

Global warming is slowly leading the earth to destruction. Melting glaciers, climate change, drought, flood, diseases, extinction of flora and fauna, sever precipitation like hurricane, wildfire, heat waves, summer storm etc. are observed frequently.

To control these serious consequences, we should avoid deforestation, we should buy energy efficiency appliances and also use LED bulbs, we should save water, we should use biodegradable things. We should off the switch when leave a room and also turn off the television, computer, video player etc.

We are responsible for polluting the earth. If we are not aware of this, we will have to repay the debt. If we are not aware, the existence of life will be erased from the earth.  Our love and care will make the world healthy and beautiful again.
